Welcome! You’ve taken a wonderful step toward practicing English in a creative, supportive space. This guide will help you understand how to book, manage, and make the most of your sessions.

1. Booking Your Sessions

  • You receive session credits each month based on your plan.

  • You may schedule all sessions at once or spread them throughout the month.

  • Use the booking link provided after purchase or in your welcome/reminder emails.

  • You can only have up to the number of sessions based of your chosen plan and scheduled at a time (booking limit). Once you complete those, you can book any remaining rollover sessions.

2. Session Policies

  • Missed Sessions & Rollovers: Up to 2 unused sessions roll over automatically to the next month. Any additional unused sessions expire at month’s end.

  • Pause & Cancellation: You may pause your subscription for up to 2 months. If you fall more than 2 sessions behind, I will pause so you can catch up before resuming, or cancel your subscription.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: You can reschedule or cancel sessions through the booking system up to 12 hours minimum before the appointment start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Payment is processed monthly (or as per your chosen plan).

  • If payments fail or subscriptions are paused/canceled, your access to booking sessions will be paused until resolved.

  • Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, or subscription cancellations. You may reschedule sessions with at least 12 hours’ notice. If you are unable to attend scheduled sessions, please contact me to discuss options to pause your subscription for up to 2 months.

4. Client Responsibilities & Agreement

  • You agree to honor your bookings and communicate any changes promptly.

  • You acknowledge the policies above and understand the rollover, pause, and cancellation terms.

  • I reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription in cases of extended inactivity or non-compliance with policies.
